A spin-off of All American, All American: Homecoming is an American sports drama TV series created by Nkechi Okoro Carroll for The CW. It follows a group of young hopefuls as they attend the prestigious Bringston University. Geffri Hightower takes the lead female role as Simone, a tennis player from Beverly Hills, alongside Peyton Alex Smith who features as the main male character, an elite baseball player from Chicago. The style on the show reflects college fashion down to a T: casual and thrown-together but with plenty of swag. There are even some nineties/noughties retro elements that are reminiscent of these energetic years of discovery. Fun shapes (crop tops and oversized jackets), abstract prints (camo and plaid) and fluent layering (hoodies under denim jackets and shirts over t-shirts) are aptly brought into the twenty-first century with modern jewelry, hair, and makeup.
