Chucky is a horror TV series based on the slasher film franchise Child’s Play. In the show, the titular demonic doll has wound up in the hands of a well intentioned teenage boy named Jake, whose life is then plagued by Chucky’s horrific acts of murder and possession. As Chucky tears Jake’s life apart by slaying his father, cousin, and various innocent townspeople, the doll tries to coerce others into joining his killing spree. While mercilessly trying to feign off evil and destroy this maniacal doll, the characters of Chucky often sport dark colors and toned down outfits, contrasting greatly with the outrageous events transpiring around them.
