I Love That For You is a new Showtime comedy produced by and starring comedian Vanessa Bayer. Bayer plays the socially awkward yet endearing Joanna who has just achieved her childhood dream of becoming a presenter on her favorite home shopping program, SVN. When hired, Joanna finds impressing her snarky coworkers to be so grueling that she makes up a lie about her childhood cancer coming back in order to keep them from firing her. The show’s cast of veteran comedians like Molly Shannon and Jennifer Lewis never fail to serve fierce fashions. The characters give us colorful corporate chic looks, complete with shoulder padded blazers and sophisticated shift dresses.
